Data Deletion

Any business using MatrixDesk, or any customer who has messaged a MatrixDesk-powered WhatsApp number, can request that their data be deleted.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address on our Contact page with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the WhatsApp number or business account you'd like removed.

What gets deleted

We remove the stored conversation history, knowledge base entries, and account details tied to the number or business named in the request.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 14 days.
