These terms govern use of MatrixDesk, a service operated by Matrix Route Solution Enterprises ("we", "us"), Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
MatrixDesk connects to a business's WhatsApp number and answers customer messages using information the business provides. Responses are generated by an AI system and are only as accurate as the information supplied.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, pricing and policy information you provide, and for reviewing your bot's behaviour before relying on it for customer-facing communication.
Plans are billed monthly in naira. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
MatrixDesk is provided as a support tool. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you, from third-party outages (including WhatsApp, Meta, or our AI providers), or from a customer's reliance on an automated reply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
